You had a great party last night because of you which you couldn't get proper rest and now you wonder how you can get to the office today. If you really want to stay in control, there are still ways to help you be alert at the office.
Just as in the war, in order to survive, you need a good strategy. These are the ten ways to boost your body and mind in the day you go.
Drink, drink, drink (water):
Drink plenty of water. It is a good idea to drink plenty of water especially if you are inactive to maintain your health, you can drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. When you are thirsty, or you're missing out on water, you'll feel even more tired and more dull.
You probably wonder that when you fill your body with sugar, the whole day you really wake up. But that's not true. You're going to spend a lot of time, but like the energy drinks, when it's gone, your body will become heavier, more tired, and even more dull. It is better to eat nutritious foods that provide nutrition, such as eggs, fish, herbs, beans, and nuts (eg: almonds, pistachio ).
Drink coffee:
Before you leave the house, and when you arrive at the office, take your daily coffee. Caffeine helps to give you a kick of vitality, and your memory can also be helped!
Cooling helps to wake up because the body works to keep our temperature fit it will do everything to raise our body temperature so as not to disturb the movements of our inner court.
Listen to music:
Prepare your iTunes/Spotify playlist. Wear earphones. Touch "play."
Your brain is more vibrant when you listen to your favorite songs. You can sing, or dance in song timing.
Relax:
Large companies run by Google, Procter & Gamble, and Huffington Post allow their employees to relax and sleep while in the office. They know that a 15-20 minute slumber is more helpful for alertness.
If possible then take a nap during your lunch break, or in the middle of 1 or 3 pm. You will feel alive when you wake up
Stir:
Just move. 'That's all you have to do. Walk for few minutes, do wall push-ups, or even jumping jacks. You will be surprised how many mini-workouts in the office you can do. What's important here is to saturate your blood, and give your brain oxygen.
Sleep early:
Finally, your shift is over and you survived the job! Very nice, 'no? Now, what you need to do is as soon as you reach your home, go to sleep early to prepare yourself for the next day.

- Bonus: Avoid using any gadgets before going to bed. If you still use your cell phone while you're lying down it will last longer before you go to sleep. If you can not really avoid it, make sure that your cellphone's screen light is low so that you do not break the sleep and get drowsy.
Good to know information.
