Know the reasons of hair loss & its cure
Hair loss, in many cases, is a phenomenon due to a series of changes, which can occur in one's lifestyle or health and therefore it can be divided into three main causes that are: genetic, medical or lifestyle. Each of these groups includes numerous conditions, symptoms and treatment methods.
One of the best ways to identify this factor is to understand the reason for the loss of hair from your parents. If the elders from your family suffered from hair loss, chances are good that over the years you will be affected by the same loss.
Medical factors are probably among the main problems that lead to the appearance of hair loss. They can differ in relation to the age and health conditions of a person.
Against hair loss, except in the most serious cases in which it is advisable to consult a doctor, you can adopt various natural remedies, do-it-yourself packs and rinses based on substances rich in properties useful for the scalp and hair.
Out of the above two reasons there is one more reason that can cause this problem and which is non other than our Lifestyle habits, these can easily be controled, so lets discuss them below:
Another minor cause of hair loss is stress, which can affect the acceleration of genetically programmed hair loss.
Consider hair loss as a sign that the time has come to make changes in your lifestyle and choose the way that best suits you to reduce your stress, be it doing yoga, excercise, a weekly session with a therapist or doing meditation.
If you do not take proper nutrition then you can have a wide range of problems and situations, one of which is a poor health condition of your hair.
To allow the hair to grow healthy and strong, it is necessary to fill up yourself with nutritious food. Make sure you eat the right proteins and follow a diet rich in vitamins.
Absence of Vitamin A
The lack of this vitamin, which ensures the health and nourishment of the hair, can cause unpleasant outcomes, such as premature aging of the hair and their consequent fall.
Zinc is responsible for the formation of keratin, which makes up hair and nails. A lack of it would lead to more suffering of skin and hair.
Aggressive Cosmetic Treatments
Some substances contained in hair products can cause them to fall, especially after dyes and hair coloring. It is therefore important to choose the right colour & product for your hair & put a limitation of their usages.
