Learn how to easily loose weight without going on a diet.
There are many ways to achieve the coveted quick slimming. Most of the time, however, your efforts will be accompanied by hunger.
But if the thought of starting a diet gives you a sense of horror or panic, I have some clever tips below that will help you loose that extra weight:
1. Do not miss your Breakfast meal.
You may be tired of hearing it constantly, but breakfast is the most basic meal of the day.
You may think that if you miss your morning meal, you will save calories, but in fact the exact opposite is true. By eating a healthy breakfast, you activate your metabolism and stay healthy until your next meal, avoiding stinging. Of course, I do not mean eating pastries for breakfast, but making dietary choices. So consume a bowl of coconut milk and oats or a toast with wholegrain bread and turkey or a yoghurt with nuts and you will start your day right.
2. Fill your plate with Salads & Vegetables.
A basic nutritional principle that enhances your health and slimming is to fill half of your dish with Salads & Vegetables.
The bigger variety on a plate, fools us and we believe we have eaten a larger amount of food. In addition, the consumption of fruit and vegetables is proven to contribute to weight loss.
Vegetables contain fiber, which gives you a feeling of satiety faster and keeps you healthy for longer. As you understand, fiber is your ally in slimming!
3. Eat the right Snacks.
Snacks are essential in our diet and when consumed properly they can enhance our effort to lose weight.
Here, however, you should make yourself aware that snacks should be small in quantity and offer you energy without much calories and fat.
Potato crisps, croissants and all these fattening delicacies should have no place in your daily diet if you want to lose weight.
Choose fresh fruit and vegetables or unsalted nuts to soothe your hunger without overloading your body with unnecessary calories.
4. Stay away from Sugar.
A little change that can make a huge difference.
The most important part of your diet should be to reduce sugar consumption because it stimulates insulin secretion. If you do not already know, insulin is the main body fat storage hormone .
At first you may find it difficult, but then you will get used to it. This will save you significant calories, especially if you drink plenty of coffees in a day.
When insulin levels are low, fat is easily burned by your body for energy instead of glucose.
If you feel a sudden craving for something sweet, you can eat yogurt with nuts and honey or 2-3 pieces of black chocolate.
5. Drink plenty of Water.
Water is a vital component for our body and our lives and it also helps in weight loss. So if you drink half a liter of water each morning, you increase your metabolism by 24%, while drinking water throughout the day reduces your appetite for food by half. In fact, many times we think we are hungry, while in fact we are just thirsty.
6. Sufficient Sleep
Insufficient sleep, deregulated levels of hormones are associated with our appetite for eating, making weight loss process more difficult. In other words, if you do not sleep satisfactorily every night (about 6-8 hours), it is very likely that on the following day you will feel more tired, resulting in more hunger and more fattening choices.
7. Physical Exercise
When I say physical exercise, I do not mean spending endless hours in the gym to burn as much calories as possible and finally see a difference in your body.
The key to success lies in simply putting your exercise into your everyday life! For example, walk instead of riding, climb stairs instead of the elevator or take your dog for a walk or finally do some exercise at home.
Solutions exist! The issue is just to make the decision to get out of your sofa.
