What Are Kidney Stones?
Kidney stones, or the common name for a disease of the urinary tract (nephrolithiasis), is a medical condition in which deposits form in the kidneys or other places in the urinary tract. 1. Is sweating a lot that much good?

2. Don't run way from oxalate-rich foods

This moderate intake of food, might be beneficial for people who have calcium oxalate stones, the most common type of kidney stone.
Suggestion: Eat foods that contain calcium and oxalate together. Oxalates and calcium are more likely to bind to each other in the stomach and intestines before the kidneys begin to process them. As a result, it is unlikely that calcium oxalate kidney stones are formed.
3. Get the Calcium you need
Calcium is not an enemy and thus remains essential, even in people prone to urinary stones.
Infact, getting too little calcium in your diet can cause oxalate levels to rise and cause kidney stones.
Suggestion: Keep calcium intake at the recommended limit. Reduce sodium and pair calcium-rich foods with oxalate-rich foods.
