This is why Google has designed Google Fit’s primary metric to be Heart Points so that you can keep track of your physical activity and be sure to keep yourselves healthy and fit. With Google Fit you get 1 point for each minute of moderate activity such as walking and two points for more intense activities such as: running. Hence, your goal for every week is to at least achieve 150 points of Heart Points.
2. Make It Count
With Google Fit you can track more than 100 activities, from table tennis to sledding. And one amazing addition to this is that you can also connect your other favorite fitness tracking apps with Google Fit application so that you don't miss out on earning the Heart Points when you are physically engaged in some exercise. Also, this allows you to track everything from one place.
3. Always Remain Motivated
The importance of fitness and sports are increasingly going digital as well. With a lot of tutorials and guidance, you can find just about anything on the internet. In addition, you may have seen people sharing their exercise status on social networking platforms. This is actually one of the best mind tricks that you can also follow, says Google.
